My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was a bit cramped with two single beds pushed together, leading to an uncomfortable split in the middle. The basic fittings and toiletries didn't quite meet my expectations. However, having two connected rooms through a closed window was an interesting setup.

The service was very friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the staff's offer to store perishables in the bar fridge downstairs and their overall hospitality.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right at the edge of the charming old town with easy access to restaurants and ice cream shops. It was also convenient for public transportation, being close to the train station and bus stops.

The dining experience was satisfactory with a varied selection for breakfast, including gluten-free options. However, the setup of the mirrored breakfast room with a constantly running television was not to my preference.

The price seemed in line with the overall experience.
